Mission
My approach towards physical training aims to improve your access to physical movement at the level that your body is capable of, expanding range of motion and strengthening every joint in your body. If you are looking for a comprehensive way to improve the longevity of your joints and reduce your likelihood of suffering injuries or degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis then this approach is for you.
Tools employed
In order to reach any goal you must train specifically for that goal. Generic training will not yield you specific results. To increase your joints range of movement and/or to optimise the control over the ranges that you already posses I use a system that has sound principles and apply it properly. My approach draws on over ten years experience of working with movement elements from gymnastics, yoga and methods such as Functional Range Conditioning and Spiral Stabilization System.
My Movement Practice
I employ the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) system to help you improve mobility, joint health and fundamental movement. The efficacy of the system makes it one of the best ways to improve problems with mobility and joint function. Training with FRC improves the function of your nervous system, which is driving physical movement. This leads to a reduction of pain and injury, increased joint health and longevity, as well as an increased ability to move freely and easily.
